Support

You can permanently delete your ChatRivo account either directly from within the ChatRivo app, or by contacting our support team if you no longer have access to the app or your account. Once deleted, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your ChatRivo account from within the app:

1 Open the ChatRivo app.
2 Open Settings.
3 Tap Delete Account.
4 Tap Yes to confirm account deletion.

 Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

What Happens After Deletion

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Phone number
Name
Username
Profile photo
Account information
User settings and preferences

This data cannot be recovered once your account has been deleted.

Messages and Media

ChatRivo does not permanently store delivered messages or media files on its servers. Message data is automatically removed after delivery, and temporary data is automatically cleaned from our systems within 24 hours.

 All personal messages are protected with End-to-End Encryption. ChatRivo cannot read or access your private message content.

Deletion Time

Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 48 hours after you confirm account deletion.

During this period, your account will be deactivated and no longer accessible. After the 48-hour window, all associated data is fully purged from our active systems.

Can't Access the App?

You do not need access to the ChatRivo app to request deletion of your account. If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your account, or are otherwise unable to sign in, you can still request permanent deletion of your account and data.

1 Send an email to support@chatrivo.in requesting account deletion.
2 Include your registered phone number or username so we can verify your identity.
3 Once your identity is verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

 App access is not required to request account deletion — you can do this entirely through our support email.
